4.5 years ago I purchased a minivan and when it was recently time to get a another vehicle I returned to Columbus Auto source. Andy, the owner, was great to work with. He didn't have what I wanted on his lot but went out of his way to earn my business again and found me what I was looking for within my budget and in just a few days. Excellent experience!
Great buying experience! I looked at 25 cars for my nephew's first car all over central Ohio. Andy and Steve took great care of me, and made this purchase as effortless for me as possible. Oh, and the car is great too!
Andy has helped me with 2 repairs now, soon to be a third. The first time around my car was completely dead - I was working 7 nights out of the week as a student and he scheduled and handled the tow for me the very next morning while I slept from my ER shift the night before. My car was fixed within a day of dying on me for a price wayyyy better than any other shop could give me. Second time was a tire issue right before I needed to go out of town - got me in immediately and at a steal. I’m moving out of state soon but will continue returning for all non emergent needs as I don’t think anyone will beat the prices or customer service.

The guys at Columbus auto source went over and above to make sure not only the car I was buying was in great shape and accurate to the description, but also to contact me back and got me the best rate on my financing! Couldn’t be happier with Ely and Mark! Plenty of places to buy a car, these guys have cars in good condition and are happy to point out issues so they don’t sell you something you aren’t expecting, and you don’t buy something you don’t want.
